Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Market and sell creative integrated sales proposals, the full suite of integrated platform packages, and specialized services to meet client needs and to capitalize on Insight Media Group resources
• Develop, implement and evaluate sales and marketing policies, procedures, and strategies, and actionable plans
• Identify opportunities through market research, networking and develop a tailored business approach to deliver customers’ marketing & brand awareness needs
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and develop new clients

Requirements

• University graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Corporate Sales or Sponsorship sectors
• Aggressiveness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitivity in the commercial sector and strong vision in business development
• Teamplayer, detail-orientedness and self-discipline
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive or Business Development Executive
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

Assistant Editor (bilingual-focused)

Content creation is at the core of our operations. The Group works with a large number of companies and organizations of various scales to provide the best content that delivers an insightful voice. We are now inviting a talent to join our team of energetic editors who are determined to deliver inspirational and thoughtful textual and video contents to our audiences.

Responsibilities

• To research, conduct, and write business interviews in Chinese and English that present engaging messages
• To contribute creative input that aligns with overall content direction
• To act as a contact point with external parties for content and editorial matters
• To contribute and manage our social media platforms
• To observe latest business trends and reflect them in ways of content creation
• To translate content and pitching materials from Chinese to English and vice versa
• To assist the senior team on any other content-related duties

Requirements

• Possession of a recognized university degree in the field of language, journalism, communications, translation, cultural studies or any other related fields
• 1 year of related experience in publishing, journalism ,content creation or any other related fields as an advantage. Fresh graduates also welcomed
• Sensitivity to text and image to ensure effective communications via content
• Remarkable writing skills to convey messages in a clear, logical and persuasive fashion
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently while also a teamplayer
